As a genuine Texas native and Kevin Murphy session stylist, Michelle can handle anything you throw at her. While apprenticing and honing her craft, Michelle found her true niche—lived-in, wash-and-go styles that accentuate her clients’ natural beauty while also making their lives a bit easier. She loves the way a great cut and/or color can make a client feel utterly amazing and give them an easy to maintain style so they can let the good times roll—laissez les bon temps rouler! Michelle’s playful approach to her work keeps her having fun and constantly learning, experimenting, and striving for excellence for her clients.

With the eye of an artist, Ana approaches her work with passion and attention to detail. Her belief is that a good cut creates movement and texture, giving clients natural-looking styles. Ana’s education is varied and  include playing her guitar and cello when not working behind the chair or assist ing celebrity hairdresser s in New York. She brings all of this experience to each and every visit with her clients, helping them think through their desired looks to create beautiful outcomes.

Dreamers, artists, free-spirits, and odd ducks feel right at home with Lacey. She specializes in cuts that create lived-in low maintenance styles and hair color that celebrates each clients unique style and spunk. Lacey welcomes all humans to her chair and loves making long-lasting connections with her clients. When she’s not in the salon,Lacey can be found driving down backroads listening to Leon Bridges, The Sacred Souls, or Sade and searching for small town thrift stores and antique shops.

A dedicated stylist for over twenty years, Malinda comes with a flair for individualizing styles for most every kind of hair texture and type. She delights in tailoring her clients cuts and styles to their own personal aspirations while specializing in balayage, curly hair, creative coloring, and edgy to contemporary cuts. Malinda enjoys teaching her clients styling techniques so they can recreate that fresh-from-the-salon image or just a natural lived-in look. Warm and personable, Malinda has an infectious laugh and love for live music. Born and raised in Huntington Beach, CA, Malinda brings a laid-back, artistic vibe to her work in Austin. Whether she’s relaxing by painting palms and animals, hiking with friends and her best dog friend, or caring for her jungle of plant babies, she brings a spirit of deep gratitude for family and friends and extends that warmth to each and every client she meets.

April comes to us with a depth of experience helping small businesses to be the best they can be and Swoon is lucky to have her! She’s a form wonk, dedicated to listening and collaborating with all parties involved in any endeavor, and co-creating something beautiful that has full buy-in from the team.

April loves to learn and is currently learning how to be a Central Texas herb gardener.  She’s making kombucha, teas, and tincturing with her spoils. She’s a dog mom to 5, a cat roommate to 3, and counts the lizards and roly-polys as her outdoor companions. She moved to Austin in 1993 because of Barton Springs and has spent every summer swimming since then.
